We loved the convenient location of Untapped. The subway exit was just a stone's throw away, making it easy for us to explore the city. The stylish and spacious lounge gave us plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beds in the dormitory werenice and neat, providing a good night's sleep. Despite the busy time, the staff always greeted us with a smile and offered great recommendations for the city. we highly recommend Untapped for a short stay in Sapporo.

The beds at this hostel were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The common area was a great place to hang out and meet fellow travelers, and the kitchen area was very useful for preparing meals. The location of the hostel was also a key highlight, with it being conveniently close to a train station and offering easy access to explore the city.
One drawback of the hostel was that the windows in the rooms didn't have any curtains, which made it quite bright early in the morning and let in traffic noise from the nearby street. there were some inconveniences such as the sink being out of service in the dorm and a finicky locker lock, which made it a bit inconvenient for basic hygiene and security needs.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room had a cozy vintage design. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the subway, and the staff treated me well.
Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, offering a surprising amount of privacy. The kitchen area was extremely useful, and the common area was a great hangout spot. The amenities were superb, with an amazing restaurant and a bar in the yard that used ingredients from their own garden. The capsules had excellent airflow and were spacious, with real, comfortable mattresses. The owner and staff were all friendly and welcoming, even sharing their delicious curry. The rooms were cozy and kept me warm during winter, with the added bonus of a guest room with a piano. The location was convenient, with stores nearby, and the rustic theme added to the charm. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The bed itself was a pleasant surprise, a real spring bed that added an extra level of comfort. a great experience!

During my stay at Untapped in Sapporo, I found two notable features that made my transit experience convenient. the hotel's proximity to the nearest airport, New Chitose Airport, was highly beneficial. Being just 43 kilometers away, it allowed for quick and hassle-free transfers. Sapporo Okadama airport is only 10 kilometers away, providing even more travel options.
One minor inconvenience I encountered at Untapped was the lack of an elevator. This meant that I had to manually carry my 25-kilogram luggage up the stairs to my room.

It was such a thrilling experience watching the brave skiers soar through the air. The kids couldn't contain their excitement! The stadium offers a fun activity suitable for children older than 15 years, and it's definitely worth adding to your itinerary. The views from the top are breathtaking, and we made some incredible memories as a family.
In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if there were more family-friendly activities near the hostel. While the location was convenient for adults, my wife felt that our younger children would have enjoyed some additional entertainment options in the vicinity.

The location is amazing ❤️, just a minute away from the station and a short walk to downtown. The dorm had a surprisingly big bed, perfect for a light traveler like me. The staff were so humble and helpful, providing me with useful advice and even replacing my lost belt. The woody room concept was unique and added to the charm of the place. a fantastic experience! 🌟

I recently stayed at the cozy Untapped in wintertime. My top floor personal room was clean and comfortable. The subway is less than a minute walk away, perfect for exploring. The staff, including friendly owner Jin, were always ready to help. The restaurant served amazing food, and don't miss the bar in the yard with its garden setting. The capsule beds have good airflow and the owner even shared some curry!
I recommend this hotel.
